Report to the competent authority: In the event of an incident defined as severe under the Protection of Privacy Regulations (Information Security), the Company will report the incident to the Privacy Protection Authority without delay and will document the circumstances and handling of the incident. 

  2. Notification to the data subject: If necessary, and according to the severity level defined, we will notify anyone who may be harmed by the incident about the incident and recommended coping measures, in a way that enables that person to take appropriate protective steps. 

  3. Documentation and investigation: The Company will conduct an internal investigation to clarify the circumstances of the incident, document the findings, and implement corrective actions to prevent similar incidents in the future.
